I too am unable to salvage from an application. I am the only user on the estimator and have admin credentials. Was able to re-create files from another computer on my home network; also able to save to an SD card. I don't know how to become the OS to recognize that, as administrator, all of my selections should be permitted.

Hullo, I am getting the same issue simply its with all my local files. I am logged in with an Admin account, this issue seems to be all over, and its gotten so far as to not letting my games salvage to whatever local files. Every fourth dimension I access a game, it requires me to redo all the registration stuff. Its almost like its read-only cause when i get through the registration stuff information technology will say "demand to bank check for launcher updates" and so read that i have all the updates installed. I've also found that I can't save pictures from the net.. I tin relieve it to (S:) bulldoze only not (C:).

Cheers. Aye, i'm logged in equally admin. (I'thou the just i using it)

Then far, I can read my MS role documents (Give-and-take, Excel, etc) and quicken 2013. I oasis't checked ability to relieve pictures yet. and i'thou thinking its "beyond the board" permission required to "save" annihilation.

My pc is a Dell Alienware X51.

I have spent all day today trying to solve this event. If I want to copy a file in the Documents binder it says I do non have Admin privileges even though I am listed as an admin on this system. Some programs failed to load considering they read and write to a file in the Documents are, like Outlook does. I have a agglomeration of Excel and Access files that go on coming up Read Merely. I can go to the Certificate folder Properties, select Security and look at the Group or User Names to check permissions. I am logged in as "Administrators (Mike-PC\Administrators) and that one has full permissions. I meet there is a second one called Dwelling Users (Mike-PC\Home Users) and that one does non take Total Control, Modify or Write. Since the system says I am logged in as administrator you lot would think the Home User would non have any effect on me, just information technology does. If I edit the Abode User and requite it Total Control, I will gain proper access to the folder and sub folders/files. The problem next occurs when I re-boot. When I re-kicking, all the changes go abroad and I have to practise this all over once more. I have tried activating the hidden Ambassador account only there are many things under that business relationship that says it does not accept access to. I saw another post where one of your people posted information well-nigh creating a registry editor file to let yous to accept buying. That immune Outlook to work but I notwithstanding can't load files without it being Read Only. Help would be appreciated.
